We have been tenants of City Properties for many years and our staff enjoy the professional service environment provided.  We look forward to utilising the flexibility offered to ensure our needs are accommodated within their serviced offices for many years.

A Dance Studio has been provided at this City Centre location for many years and we are the latest custodians and are enjoying students past and present coming to learn a wide range of dances from street to classic.  We offer lessons to students from age 4 upwards.

Sharp Alarms have operated from The Old Courthouse in Derby City Centre for over 30 years and have seen progressive improvements over that time including the new Paxton Net2 Security system which has kept the building private and secure.
