We’re thrilled to announce the start of a major £500,000 refurbishment project at the former County Court in the heart of the Derby City Centre, which offers 30,000 sq ft of flexible office space. This is the first phase of an exciting redevelopment that promises to bring new life to one of Derby’s landmark buildings.
Following the success of our recent renovation of the Grade 1 listed St. Helens House, now fully occupied, we’re proud to once again be working alongside WrkLabs Office Design Consultants and local interior designer Sarah Reynolds. Together, we aim to transform The Old Courthouse into Derby’s number one destination for businesses seeking high-quality ,inspiring workspaces. With work now underway, this project marks another step forward in our mission to elevate Derby’s commercial offering and create exceptional environments for businesses to thrive!
