Do your offices come furnished?

Our offices come furnished as per the tenants’ requirements. Alternatively, tenants are welcome to provide their own furniture.

Is WiFi provided?

Complementary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the building. A private connection is available with prices starting from £50 plus VAT per month.

When can I access The Old Courthouse?

The Old Courthouse is accessible 24/7, with our team being on-site Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.

Is there on-site parking?

Parking is available at Babington Lodge, a 5-min walk from The Old Courthouse.

Can I have mail and packages delivered to the office?

Yes, each tenant has access to their own mailbox where mail and packages will be kept securely.

Are meeting/conference rooms available to book?

The Old Courthouse offers a large conference room as well as smaller meeting rooms available for private workshops and events.

Will I pay a service charge?

No, service charge, as well as utilities is included in your rent.
